It's not the cheapest, but I think it's a reliable shop where to rent all the ski material. We expected to have the product to rent in a good shape and so it was. The renting team was professional and helpful

The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the binding of our snowboard was not available at the base shop. We had to go to a different shop to get the binding. We had made a reservation so they knew we were coming. Changing of equipment was very good and quickly.

A bit disappointing a full rental day was counted for just an additional 3 hours. No flexibility at all, blaming ‘the system’, bad service, we left unsatisfied. The rest was all good; reservations, pickup, return, support.

We had a great experience. My wife had to exchange her skiboots 2x and no issue, especially with the multiple locations distributed across the ski area. The equipment was well maintained ad professionally set for our respective weights. Fully recommend!
