We ordered 2 pair of snowboard boots online (and paid for it already), but at the end we only needed one pair. It was no problem to change this to only 1 pair of snowboard boots and we were even reimbursed for the other pair. That's good customer satisfaction. Best regards, Marc

we also booked storage for shoes and skies; at the shop it turns out to be only the shoes. the website wasn't clear about that, and why should i only book for the shoes? But it was solved at the shop.

My wife had an accident on the slopes (deep cut in her hand) and the salesperson in the shop first took care by applying a pressure bandage. Very good serivce! When returning the rented equipment, the question was asked how we liked it. When I pointed out that my shoes were not the best and that I did not get the ones I ordered (same as last year and they were fine), both salespeople immediately went to work to check this. They also asked me why I did not come back to report this. They then suggested I buy last year's shoes which I did. So very good service here too. We have been renting skis from this shop for several years now and have been satisfied every time. Top service and keep it up!

Everything went well, but I find that whenever I rent ski boots, I'm left with blisters on feet & lower legs.

It's not the cheapest, but I think it's a reliable shop where to rent all the ski material. We expected to have the product to rent in a good shape and so it was. The renting team was professional and helpful

The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the binding of our snowboard was not available at the base shop. We had to go to a different shop to get the binding. We had made a reservation so they knew we were coming. Changing of equipment was very good and quickly.

A bit disappointing a full rental day was counted for just an additional 3 hours. No flexibility at all, blaming ‘the system’, bad service, we left unsatisfied. The rest was all good; reservations, pickup, return, support.
