I was really pleased with the service. My ski shoes were a bit painful and after two days i decided to try to exchange them. The people at the shop were really friendly and helpfull and I had different shoes within 5 minutes, without extra charges!

It is quite strange that when you reserve and pay for 2x depots from Friday and arrive late due to traffic jams, this has already been re-rented to others on Saturday morning and there is no longer a box for you. When I rent and pay for a locker I would expect it to be for me, even if it remains empty. Fortunately, the person responsible found a solution, for which thanks.

The material was excellent, plus I was given sound advice and the option to switch to different skis later in the week. In addition, I was happy to get a partial refund after I broke my ankle. Will certainly come back and finish my holiday.

Renting snowshoes I had to ask for Tubbs and an older lady knew there were in stock, so it would be better if the younger lady knew that as well. For the rest very good experiences in servicing my ski equipment and renting a locker

Your service is excellent. Due to a fall on my first day and injury I had to return my equipment and got a refund of a part of the rental sum. There was no obligation from your side to do so, but you still did. Great!!
